It depends on the experience. A Personal Color Analysis takes about [X] minutes, the Colourist Signature Experience about [X] hours, the Lip Bar about [X] minutes and a Makeup Masterclass about [X] hours. Each experience page shows its exact duration.

Come with a clean face or light makeup you are happy to remove, and wear a simple top in white, grey or black. If you color your hair, tell us your natural shade when you book. Please skip tinted contact lenses and self tanner for a few days before, so your skin shows its true undertone.

Absolutely. Color works the same way for everyone, and many of our guests use their results for shirts, suits, glasses and grooming choices.

Prices start from IDR [price] for a Personal Color Analysis, and every experience page shows its starting price. Booking online unlocks exclusive perks, and group or corporate packages are quoted on request.

Yes. We host friends, families, bridal parties and corporate teams, and the studio welcomes up to [X] guests at once. Choose a group or corporate booking on the Book page, or message us on WhatsApp and we will shape the right format for you.

Yes. Every experience is available in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Choose your preferred language when you book. International guests are always welcome.

Plans change. You can reschedule up to [X] hours before your session by messaging us on WhatsApp. For cancellations, please see our booking terms.

You leave with your results in hand: your season among the 12, a personal palette swatch card, and practical guidance for makeup, hair color, accessories and shopping. You also receive a digital summary so you can revisit your colors anytime.

The classic system places everyone in Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter. The 12 season system adds a second layer, whether your coloring is light or deep, bright or soft, warm or cool, so your palette fits you far more precisely.

Of course. A friend is welcome to join and watch your session, and many guests book together so they can compare drapes side by side.
