2. Bookings
A booking request sent through our website or WhatsApp is not yet a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed once our team has confirmed the date and time with you by WhatsApp or email.

3. Prices and payment
Prices shown on our website are starting prices in Indonesian Rupiah. The final price for your experience is confirmed when your booking is confirmed. Payment is made by [X].

4. Rescheduling and cancellations

Custom lipsticks are made to order for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please let us know about any allergies or sensitivities before your session.
