How a custom lipstick is mixed at the Lip Bar
Pigment by pigment, here is how our Lip Bar turns your undertone and your season into a shade with your name on it.

A lipstick that looks perfect in the tube can look completely different on your lips. Undertone, natural lip color and skin depth all change the final result. The Lip Bar exists to close that gap.
Reading your undertone
Every session starts with your coloring. If you already know your season, we begin from your palette. If not, a quick undertone check tells us whether your perfect shade leans warm, cool or neutral.
Building the shade
Your colourist starts from a base close to your ideal tone, then adjusts it drop by drop: a touch of warmth, a little more depth, a softer intensity. Each version is tested on your lips, not on the back of a hand, because that is the only place it truly counts.
Choosing the finish
Once the color is right, you choose how it wears, from a soft matte to a satin glow. The same shade can feel quiet and elegant or bold and polished depending on the finish.
Naming it
The final touch is the name. Some guests choose a date, others a place or a person. Whatever you pick, it becomes the shade you reach for every morning.
